Fastway couriers offer very bad service

I have had so many problems locally in Port Elizabeth with their services, either they missprint the label and packages get delayed or they just dont deliver ontime. I did a international import and always use to receive it ontime or before the time said to be here by BUFFALO couriers. This time around fastway was to be the courier. My package have been in south africa in joburg for a week and still no feedback from them. Its unheard of ,it cannot be a coincedence that its fastway once again. They have poor service hence why i stopped using them. This time around i had no choice and i knew once i saw it was them that would deliver there would be problems. And yip i was right
