Fastway Couriers nowhere near Fast

Fastway courier recieved my package from Buffalo Logistice and was transported to my hometown on 06/12/2018. Today is the 14/12/2018 and i have not received the package as yet. From the 06 to the 14/12/2018 the courier company was }unable to effect delivery". Previously when i was not at home, the courier company driver used to call me and make an arrangement to deliver the parcel. The last time i had interface with the driver of this route, he asked me to make a plan and meet him somewhere to pick up the parcel (which i had done once before), i refused. When he came to deliver the parcel, he was very upset with me. I emailed the company on the Monday last (19/12/2018) and received a reply that they will come back to me. On Friday (14/12/2018) i emailed to company with no response. On Friday (14/12/2018) i called the company ad was directed to the following phone number ( ********** 759) who a person by the name of Beverley took my call. She advised that she will investigate and get back to me. She did not call back. I called her again an hour and a half later. She advised that she will only be able to deliver the following Tuesday (18/12/2018) since Monday was a public holiday. I said that the package was usgent, so she responded that she will deliver between 18h00 and 18h30 this Friday (today). No delivery was effected on the Friday.
