Fastway Couriers - NoWay!

I had a parcel which needed to be delivered urgently. I called Fastway (under the impression that they were professional) and they collected the parcel...TWO days later! The guy who picked it up did not even leave a tracking number with the lady at reception, instead he promised to send it to her via email...which never happened.

Anyways, I had to use DHL and they were so efficient, the parcel was delivered on time, so thank you DHL.

I sent countless emails to fastway and they never responded to even one, yet when I called them they said they received them...how professional. 6 says later, I called again and they told me that my parcel was STILL not delivered and only THEN did I get my tracking number. I am very disappointed at the service I received and have NO intention of using fastway EVER again. Thank you DHL for being professional.
