Fastway couriers... Not that fast

According to the website my parcel is is transit from the Avon depot in Joburg to Durban depot. This is since 18 March 2023. I whatsapped Fastway and got a delayed reply stating the same. Their chat function on the website does not work either. Called them up now and they say the same thing. How is it that you can state the parcel is in transit on your website but you are unable to give me an update as to where my parcel is 4 days later? The guy I spoke to wasnt very helpful. Poor service Fastway! I have clients waiting for their orders and you cannot be bothered to check on why my parcel is delayed?! So much for customer service from you. This is really disappointing.
