Fastway Couriers not so 'Fast'!

My parcel was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday, 12th November as I received an SMS. On Tuesday nothing was delivered. Same applies to Wednesday. Apparently the driver, Tebogo, 'tried to contact me' on Wednesday, but could not reach me. This is a blatant lie as I received no calls nor Whatsapps from him. Yesterday, nothing happened with the parcel. It was just left at the depot. Today, same applies.

When will I get my parcel??

This is ridiculous.
