Fastway couriers NOT SO FAST

I ordered a parcel from Mr Price, according to Fastway's site the parcel arrived in Welkom to be delivered on the 19th of March 2024. My parcel was delivered on the 26th of March 2024 I can not understand why the parcel was in Welkom for 6 days before it was delivered to me. Worst of all is, the parcel contained items my son needed for a tour and because of fastway's very poor service he had to leave on the tour without the items.
