Fastway Couriers... No, the Slow way

I have had a parcel with Foschini "being delivered" for over a week now. Each day i am told it is out for delivery and each day it goes back to the depot. When you call their offices they are rude and tell you it is on the priority list and it will be delivered... each day it is returned to depot. When you ask to speak to a manager you are told there isn't one there at the moment but she will call you back. Clearly the place is not managed as each time no manager calls me back. Foshcini... take your business away from these clowns as they clearly are not offering you or your customer any service.
