Fastway couriers nightmare

I have had an extremely frustrating experience with Fastway, and I sincerely hope Temu stops using their services. My parcel has been in transit since Wednesday afternoon, yet when I track it, the information displayed is inconsistent with what their agents tell me. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, their customer service is appalling—I was on hold for over 30 minutes twice, and when my call was finally answered, the representatives were unhelpful and rude. If you value reliability and good service, I strongly advise against using Fastway to avoid unnecessary headaches.
