Fastway Couriers needs to get All Port Cargo Services to fix their Acspay Portal

My Temu parcel is at Customs OR Tambo. I need to pay the Custom Duty On my parcel at OR Tambo. The Acspay portal doesn't accept my payment, Fastway Couriers please ask All Port Cargo Services to please fix the Payment Portal. I have Whats Apped Fastway Couriers to have the payment portal fixed or I need to get an account no so that I can EFT., they are not very helpful and I really don't want my parcel to be returned to Temu. Please fix the problem so that I can pay the custom duty and my parcel can be delivered. Thank You
