Fastway Couriers need help

Their phone service sucks. The call goes round and round waiting for the next available agent and then returns to "If you want X, press one" and then back to the second menu and so on. I tried the Live Chat and I'm still waiting for "Innocent" who appears to be a dumb mute as this person has less to say than the AI start of the coversation
