Fastway couriers More like NOWAY

I wish I could give minus 5. The Cape Town depot received my parcel on the 20th of Nov, On the 21st their tracker said their is a problem with my parcel and it is under investigation. I immediately went on their WhatsApp to find out what the problem is...... Well there is no one live agents to talk to just automated responses that eventually just says technical error. Managed to get a query through and they said they will get back to me the next business day, which was yesterday. In the meantime I'm calling the Cape Town depot no and tried all the options (3) and no one picks up. So this morning I call JHB depot and they inform me the parcel is return to sender. When I asked why she said they probably couldn't get hold of me... There has not been any missed calls on my phone and I've been home every day. She transfered me to Cape Town office where surprise surprise no one answered. I phoned back and said there was no answer and if she could send a message to them to not send the parcel back because I will go pick it up..... Me the client picking up their parcel from a courier company that was paid to deliver to me...... She got very arrogant and said they are franchises and not one business and gave me the CT number........... I mean seriously, what use is a courier company if they can't deliver a parcel in Cape Town???? Hopefully my parcel is still there.
