Fastway couriers, more like noway couriers

For some odd reason my parcel couldn't be delivered yesterday. Today I phone to find out where the driver is as I need my parcel. Contact centre gives me the details I could see on the tracking myself and then says I must phone the number. Yes, they expect the customer to do their job! Gives me a person's name and number. Nope. Wrong person, I have to phone the next guy. I phone, wrong again (He at least offered to phone the next guy, but I said it's fine, I would.) Phone the next guy 4 times, he just doesn't bother to answer. Phone the call centre, they pick up and drop the call after 6 minutes, then again after 3 minutes, then after back and forth with the receptionist my call gets dropped after 11 minutes. I phone again and ask to speak to the manager, Candice answers, gives excuse about the lines "giving problems". Then to find out the area they have is WRONG, so they can't read a map, because my address is very clearly written and they decided to add at the bottom the wrong area, so the wrong guy has my parcel. Now I am waiting for Candice to get back to me. I started phoning early enough and my parcel now needs to be here in maximum 10 minutes. I am beyond irritated. I've spent more than an hour trying to get my parcel to my door. I will definitely be telling my supplier about this and ask them to use a courier company in future that can read a map and that actually does what they get paid to do. I would say it's the worst service I have ever received, but I haven't received any service!

Just want to add to the above... The driver just phoned. AND ACTUALLY HAD THE AUDACITY TO ASK ME TO DRIVE TO THE WRONG AREA, THEY WROTE DOWN, TO FETCH MY PARCEL FROM HIM!!!! "Because my area is out of his way"!!! Beyond absurd!
