Fastway Couriers Miserable Helpdesk service

<p>I have a problem tracking a parcel mthat was picked up from a supplier and was supposed to be sent to me. When I tried to track the parcel the response was "Label 'FA ********** 062' does not have any scans".</p> <p>I then phoned the helpdesk of the Johannesburg depot and held on for 61 Minutes and when 5PM came I was promtly cut off.</p> <p>These people have no concept of customer service or relations. They won't be my choice in the future</p>
