Fastway couriers ****mers

This is the ****tiest company. Firstly they have everyday alerts sms with online payment links that are ****s to say we need to pay everything when they need to deliver. Secondly their communication sucks via emails sms or calls. I called plane and she was laughing at me when I wanted to change the address that is near to the airport and when I call the delivery guy Temba he is not picking up he returns back my parcel to the depot saying my address is not clear without confirming the address with me as I tried many times to call him. My parcel was supposed to be received yesterday and now they telling me someone is going to get back to me but still. I've Never seen such a thing they must just close their company they ****ing us off
