Fastway couriers? Maybe fast one couriers

This would be zero stars if passible.

I get an email at 8:40am advising me my parcel is out for delivery and to expect it today, so as any person would do with them, you check the courier schedule and make sure to make yourself available from the first time slot due to possible delays.

At 16:44 after the second time slot has elapsed, I contacted the listed courier for my route, one Shanila Ramfol to follow up and make sure I can still expect delivery today. It confirmed the courier is enroute and the package will be delivered by 19:00 this evening.

This is followed by an email at 17:32 advising that delivery could not be carried out and that it will be attempted tomorrow.

So I again tried calling Shanila at 18:02, to have multiple called ignored and my whatsapp messages read and ignored.

Absolutely disgusting service delivery!
