Fastway Couriers Lost parcel

Hello Sir,

A package was sent to me on 24 Nov 2021, I didn't receive the package but their(Fastway Couriers) said I received the package, so I asked to see the delivery note where I signed for the parcel. I was then informed that the driver wrote my name on the form, how can they do that since i never received the parcel, now éveryone promise to look into the case and i get no response.

I need answers or a refund of the item.

I must say after that i've received at least 3 parcels with no problems.

Fastway Couriers must take responsibility and don't duck the issue, very bad service with this process
