Fastway Couriers LINEX solutions lost my tax and duty payment!!!!

Fastway Courier lost my tax and duty payment. Ordered from Temu, as many times before, but never experienced delivery with Fastway. Paid tax and duty as Always. First my parcel was stuck 3 weeks in Joburg without any message. I was told ot was pending customs inspection. Now suddenly my payment does not reflect, desppite having an invoice AND a chat confirmation via WA. Fastway sends me to DPD Laser, they send me to LINEX Solutions, LINEX tells me the payment is not reflecting and I should "kindly contact the other clearance agency regarding your parcel".

As I'm desperate to receive my goods I tried to pay tax and duties again, but no avail. Fastway get my parcel get shipped now. I don't care who's responsible I paid my tax and duty!
