Fastway couriers Johannesburg

I bought stuff on shein and it was handed over to them by Buffalo logistics. When I track my parcel it always say scheduled for next day delivery, I tried emailing them and getting in touch through their chat option but all I get is "we'll put you through to our customer friendly consultant " then they don't, I tried asking them again only to find that thy marked my query is resolved without talking to me.
