Fastway Couriers is unreliable

We placed an order with TEMU and Fastway was chosen as the courier company. Customs duty was paid on 08/04/2025. To date, there has been no update from Fastway on my package. Their tracking information on their website has been the same since 08/04/2025. They do not answer calls. When they did answer, I was directed to a lady in Cape Town who did not have any clue what my request was about. I have been told that Fastway does not collect packages from the airport. Packages are delivered to them. The regional representatives on their website do not answer calls yet mobile numbers are provided in the profiles.

Fastway Couriers service is, in simple terms, just pathetic.
