Fastway couriers is now SLOW way Couriers

My parcel has been moved around between their West Bay - bays in Johannesburg for the last week. I have phoned several times, but no one answers. Whatsapp line, unsuccessful responses. I am highly disappointed. I previously experienced Fastway to be very efficient, but of late, I am not happy.
