FASTWAY COURIERS IS NOT FAST AT ALL BUT DEFINITELLY MISDIRECTED!

On placement of my order with the supplier, and paying for urgent courier deliver. it is now 72 hours later and I still have not received the parcel. Parcel was collected on saturday 25/11 and on tracking the parcel on the website - this parcel has been misdirected between Pretoria and Johannesburg 4 times since saturday 25/11. On trying to speak to a manager in Johannesburg - I was told by the customer care agent that she was not available for these type of queries and she suggested I contact Pretoria. Trying to contact Pretoria is like trying to get hold of the Pope - the line just died continuously for 20 minutes. I will definitely be advising my client to consider removing their business from this courier company as nothing is happening and I will encourage the Gauteng residents to start a prayer chain for their deliveries via this courier company
