FASTWAY COURIERS IS N NO NO NO SERVICE

I can not complain about the service because there is no service. My package is onboard to be delivered in Pretoria since last week. I try to chat with someone on there chatline and there is just no response I even try to phone the guy but he is just ignoring my calls
