Fastway Couriers is more than useless

I have ordered a parcel on Temu and it finally arrived in South Africa and was handed to Fastway Couriers to delivery it to me. I keep getting emails that my parcel is on the delivery truck on rout to me but the truck never comes. I have been struggling to get hold of anybody at fastway Couriers on the phone lines on there online chat platform and on there whatapp chat platform but getting no response from them.

This is really the worst experience I have ever dealt with.

I will never recommend using fastway Couriers for any parcel delivery service and I will also send a strong email to Temu not to use Fastway Couriers.
