Fastway Couriers is a ****! *******

Literally the worst service! Their Johannesburg branch sends out couriers in outlying areas in various provinces who have no knowledge of the area. On top of this, the drivers aren’t provided with airtime so not only will you be expected to call the drivers but you have to provide directions to the drivers over the phone. Their customer service consultant Petty Ndlovu insults clients and hangs up the phone when you bring this to their attention. You will never get back your shipment from Fastway couriers! They will not deliver to your address if you’re not prepared to direct the driver, neither will they send the shipment back to sender!
