Fastway Couriers Insurance is a ****!!!

When Fastway break something on route to deliver they don't take responsibility for it. Because the client signed for the goods and did not open it in front of the driver they won't take responsibility for the damaged parcel and won't pay out the claim. Seriously, are they expecting their already very busy drivers to wait at every delivery for the client to open the package and check the contents before signing and accepting the parcel. Imagine the waste of time for those poor drivers. Anyway, we lose, we had to replace the unit for the client at our cost.
