“FastWay Couriers” I guess the “fast” is silent

I don’t even know where to start, all I can say is I have been waiting for my MrPrice order that has been out for delivery since the 1st of September 2022. No communication is being sent out to say why there’s a delay instead I had to follow up, only to be told that the driver “ran out of time” on the 1st and was reassured that it will definitely be delivered today the 5th of September 2022 the driver is still at delivering at Magnum Rd Roodepoort which is 3minutes away from my address and that was at 16:39. Now it is 18:42 and I am still yet to receive my delivery.

I had to go to a weekend away this past weekend, and had ordered a few outfits for the weekend which I ended not receiving on time so I had to go spend again to get outfits for the getaway.

What bothers me even more is that no one is calling to explain why my delivery is late, I always have to be the one following up. I honestly wouldn’t recommend anyone to use FastWay Couriers
