Fastway couriers has ZERO customer service

I have never had such bad service from a courier company. I had an order from TEMU that they had to deliver. I have been following up for days now trying to arrange delivery. They do not even have the decency to respondcto their customers. I have tried to call, they don't pick up. Sent several message, with no response. I honestly will stop ordering from Temu if this is the only courier that they us.
