Fastway Couriers - Give honest updates!

Fastway Couriers being quite ********* by updating the tracking that my parcel is on it's way (10/08/25) but today when I called to find out why a parcel is taking so long to come from JHB to Durban, I am informed that the parcel has not even left the JHB hub. This is not ethical business practice. Called the JHB call center to lodge a complaint, and the agent tells me to call my local depot. If you cannot handle the volumes, don't take the business. You're creating a really bad image for yourselves and the sender.
