Fastway Couriers? get a grip on business

How do you expect us to give you a down payment of 6000 rand just to add to our portal wallet in order to use your services, why cant you be like the rest of the courier brands and take a payment for each delivery you do. even though its convenient to log on and just do the waybill, but we dont have R6000 to just send to you all the time. why cant you give us options like 2000, 4000, 6000, 10 000???

i cant just deposit 6000 to you in your account like you are a bank earning interest on our money. you guys are insane. i will def be using other service providers from now on.

during the tough times of covid i had to cough up 6000 at a time just to use your site. and then when i needed to pay rent my money was sitting with you. and then you have a nerve not to refund us the small balance that's in our wallet, but we cant use it because its too little to process a payment and then we cant even add another R100 just to use that small amount because no- YOU WANT R6000

who the hell do you guys think you are. event the lady on the phone had an attitude. please I give you full permission to use the balance in my wallet and all other people wallets that's left over- to send you guys for professional business management classes. might as well add some etiquette training too.
