Fastway Couriers - Far from fast!!

Fastway Durban has shocking service!!!! My package has been with them for 4 days now and it has still not been delivered. No phone calls from them to tell me that it has not been delivered, no contact from them at all. I managed to get into contact with their Klerksdorp branch who were friendly and tried their best to help me. I have been copied in on emails from the Klerksdorp branch to the Durban branch and even they are getting not feedback regarding my package. I have tried calling them (their land lines don't work as they were ******) but I was given 2 cell numbers (apparently one belongs to an owner) all you ever get is voice mail. I managed to find a number for their operational manager on their website and when I called the number I was told that the gentleman no longer works there as he had passed away. I even sent them a map of where the package is going to and still no parcel! There is nothing FAST about Fastway Durban, they are giving the other branches a bad name!
