Fastway Couriers – False Delivery Attempts & Delays

I am extremely frustrated with Fastway Couriers and the repeated poor service I’ve received. This is now the second time I’ve had issues with them: First incident: They marked my parcel as delivered and signed for, but no one at my address received anything. Only after a lot of back-and-forth did they deliver it the next day. Current incident: Day 1: Marked as out for delivery, then claimed they attempted delivery — no one came, and no phone call was made. Day 2: Again marked out for delivery, but nothing arrived. Day 3: Now the tracking says the parcel is sitting at “East Bay 2” and will be delivered on the next scheduled run. There is clearly no proper delivery attempt being made, and the tracking updates are misleading. To make matters worse, trying to contact them is nearly impossible — you are left on hold with no assistance. For comparison, I ordered items from two other suppliers on the same day using RAM Couriers and The Courier Guy, and both deliveries arrived days ago without any issues. This level of service is unacceptable. Fastway Couriers need to take accountability for: False delivery claims Lack of communication Ongoing delays I expect a proper explanation and immediate delivery of my parcel.
