Fastway Couriers Failure

This is by far the worst experience I've had with a courier business. According to tracking, I was notified two days in a row that the shipment will be delivered, but nothing was received. Then I notice an updated remark stating that the property is locked, despite the fact that there are three people at home. Trying to get through to an agent is basically impossible; you wait in line on the phone for 10 minutes, then when you get through, they drop the call. I tried three times before giving up.
