FASTWAY COURIERS

If there was an option to give a zero star review for fastway couriers I would do exactly that!

They are the most inefficient courier company I've ever dealt with ! They transport expensive parcels on a daily basis and provide no feed back what so ever ! They email on a daily basis stating "your parcel will be delivered today" for 4 days In a row and I haven't received anything yet!!!!

They provided a number for the delivery guy "saleem" who never answers , it goes straight to voice-mail. Why would a large courier company hire inefficient people like that who are transporting our expensive goods !!!!!

I deal with courier companies all the time and thus has by far been the worst!!!

Feedback takes forever to get from them , until you call again to remind them! This is very frustrating , from Friday my parcel was supposed to be delivered and it's Wednesday and all they can say is they've escalated the matter and if it's not delivered today then it will be tomorrow !! That's what they've been saying from Friday!!!!!
