Fastway Couriers extremely terrible services

Every month Temu give Fastway couriers my parcel and I have the same issue. Their delivery service is extremely bad. They cannot get a hold of their own drivers. The parcels been taken back to the bay 3 times and dont get delivered. Why take on work you cannot handle? You need to have a sense of responsibility towards your customers. I prefer Buffalo services and dont know why Temu is using Fastway couriers!
