Fastway Couriers - East London, What a pleasure.

I am a big believer in giving credit where credit is due and it is not often that we get to sing the praises of company's in SA.

Living is South Africa, we as consumers have become so use to ****py, non-existent customer service, that it is almost guaranteed from most company's, so when you have a company that goes above and beyond to guarantee customer satisfaction, it is such a pleasurable and stress free experience.

The East London branch has a young lady named Kayla Allner and a gentleman named Steve (not sure of his surname) who I am eternally grateful for an cannot commend enough for the truly incredible service I have received from them.

I needed a package desperately delivered to me that contained a dress for a matric farewell that is tonight. This package should have arrived last week already, but Buffalo Logistics messed up and sent it to the wrong courier company and therefor caused a delay and huge amounts of stress.

Kayla went over and above to find out where the package was, made sure that it was delivered and scanned in and sent out to me today and she kept me updated the entire process and Steve made me his first priority for deliveries today.

I can honestly say that I have never experienced such wonderful, dedicated service from any company and these 2 employees are the perfect example of what customer service should be.

The kindness I experienced from these 2, who went over and above for a complete stranger, when they didn't have to, as the fault was not on Fastways side at all, has truly humbled me and left me in awe of the level of service I experienced from both of them.

I cannot commend them enough and cannot recommend them enough.

I hope that Fast Way realizes what absolute gems they have in them and what a incredible asset both of them are to the company. They are truly rare and exceptional human beings and I will forever be grateful to them.

My faith in humanity has been restored.
