Fastway Couriers - Durban - Pathetic Rude Courier

Fastway Durban Branch - It is a known fact that guys who work in the courier service generally in Durban are rude and problematic but this one I had to deal with yesterday surpasses them all. I have still not received my package as the rude guy decided to galavant and go back with my package. I had his *********** supervisor calling me back asking me the customer what he should do about my parcel, why am I a paying client expected to provide a solution to a service they have failed to give? I sure hope that I am able to receive my parcel by tomorrow morning. I wouldn't recommend this courier company.
