Fastway Couriers Durban - a big NO

This is easily the worst courier company I have yet encountered in Durban. My package is "onboard the courier vehicle" for another day now. No responses from the whatsapp line, same with emails, and a whole lot of gaslighting when you're lucky enough to have your call picked up. I suggest you consider other courier companies with capable and accountable drivers and staff. I always receive exemplary and timeous service from Courier Guy. Fastway Couriers Durban, the reviews here do not describe your dismal service enough.
