Fastway Couriers (Durban)

My parcel was supposed to have arrived today. I am still waiting for it at 19h00 on Friday 29 September2023.

It is now 08:30 on 30 September 2023 and of course it's a Saturday and offices are closed until Monday.

Just reading through all the reviews where most are 1 star most people that are forced to use Fastway Couriers(Durban) because the company that organizes the order(mostly from China)uses them because they are cheap Fortunately my parcel does not contain anything that is desperately urgent.

It seems like the problem we face as consumers captured in this system is not the fault of the drivers and operators but the main cause is top Management and even the owners
