FastWay Couriers Drivers ***** items and sign **** names for delivery

I ordered items from OneDayOnly and upon tracking the parcel, it shows it was signed for and delivered. I did not get anything from them. I've been calling since Wednesday, 2nd December 2020 to reception and each time they say they will investigate or transfer me to numbers that are non existing. This is seriously frustrating and its my first purchase on OneDayOnly. The one lady gave me the driver's number(Ronni) and when I called him and asked him where my parcel is, he dropped the phone rudely in my ear? What kind of ******* service is this?

I purchased a large amount of items for me to be treated like this, the purchase was completed last week Thursday!
