Fastway Couriers drivers are **********/*****'s

I'm so disappointed in Fastway couriers delivery. Their drivers are **********!!! I ordered a phone on MRP Mobile online and they delivered only the two shirts that I had ordered along with the phone. The phone was nowhere to be found in the packaging. Then when I queried at MRP they showed me a delivery note which said "nobody home". How can I not have received the delivery when I got it but it was incomplete anyway but signed their delivery note on Friday 2Sep 2022? Now I'm expected to pay for a phone that I did not receive
