Fastway couriers drivers and lack of communication

Does anyone else haa a be an issue with Fastway. Their policy is only 2 attempts to deliver then it's returned to sender. The driver calls and if you are busy at the time and return call within 10 minutes they don't answer, The customer is now faced with telephone costs trying to track order and is faced with partial refund and loss of taxes and duty already paid. The taxes page does not open. This delays delivery further . No WhatsApp correspondence to make life easier for the working class people that donot access emails all the time. Totally unhappy with their service. Drivers act as if they doing us a favour.
