Fastway Couriers DISASTER..!!

We don’t recommend fastway couriers at all, they are the very worst of the worst, SKIP them to avoid disaster’s shipping..!!

This is the most unprofessional Couriers I’ve ever delt with..!! BUT some of our online orders from our suppliers are delivered via fastway, which we can’t control..!!

They don’t send you a notification beforehand about delivering parcels at all..!! The drivers just phone you when they are in the area, which happened again this morning & I’ve missed the call, because it was before 8h00..!! AND he (Ricardo) phoned me on a WhatsApp call..!! I’m not able to receive WhatsApp calls because most of the times it doesn’t come through..!!

I realised I’ve missed their call & call back immediately, NO ANSWER..!! I phoned again & again. At last, we hot hold of him (Ricardo) where he implicated that he did phone long before he was in the area.. WHAT A LIE..!! We have all evidence of every missed call.
