Fastway Couriers - Disappointing Service

We had a very frustrating experience with Fastway Couriers. Despite instructing the courier multiple times to call us 10 minutes before delivery, this simple request was ignored. When the driver finally called, I asked for just 5 minutes to meet him, as I was literally around the corner. Shockingly, he refused and left after less than 4 minutes.

To make matters worse, he didn’t answer any of my follow-up calls. This level of inflexibility and disregard for customer communication is unacceptable. If you value reliable and customer-friendly service, I would recommend looking elsewhere. If i could give less than a 1 star review i would have...
