Fastway couriers delivered wet and dripping order very disappointed

I don't recommend Fastway couriers to anyone. I received my order that worth more than 2k today, the bag was open and sealed with their tape written fastway couriers, all the things I've ordered were wet and dripping, shoe boxes, jackets, weave and bags. The inner shoe soles were wet and I don't know whether they'll stick again. Buffalo logistics never gave me problems and I think we must be given an option to choose which courier as a client do you prefer.
