Fastway couriers, definitely not living up to standards

I have never experienced such terrible service from a courier company. I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one, have been waiting more than 3 days for my Temu parcel. Trying to contact Fastway Couriers but with absolutely NO luck, JHB branch can't assist me, they say only the Capetown branch can assist me but HOW, if I can't get hold of them! Very unhappy with this whole process. The WhatsApp AI bot is useless, don't even know why I have a tracking number. My issue is still not resolved and I only wanted Fastways driver to contact me on my cell phone when they are in my area to arrange to meet up with them to receive my parcel.
