Fastway Couriers Customer Service Pathetic

I had a parcel collected on the 18th of November in Durban to be delivered to Graaff-Reinet in the eastern cape. We normally wait about 3-4 days for delivery. It is now the 26th of November (8 Days) and no parcel. When i try to track it it shows it was checked into Port Elizabeth on the 20th but no information after that. i have emailed and called but do not get any response from them. Very unhappy with the customer service. I understand delays can happen but no response or update is unacceptable. I have a feeling they have lost this parcel but lets see what happens! I will update this once i have more information!
