Fastway Couriers could not deliver Next day service and left kids without slippers for National Slipper Day

I sent a parcel to Mall Of Africa on Monday 06 May for next day delivery to a client that needed the slippers for the National Slipper day 10:May for her child to use to school. Somehow Fastway sent it accidentally to Pretoria and after numerous phone calls to them and promises from them to deliver it today 09 May Fastway until now failed to deliver and the poor little girl will not enjoy the National Slipper day. I would not recommend the service of this courier company to anyone.
