Fastway Courier`s changed to Slow way Courier`s

Be very careful when using this Courier Company.. Below is the timeline of my parcel which I ordered on Bid&Buy.. Its not the seller`s fault here..

On Monday 24th August 2020 I got a call from them, on the phone number I listed for them to contact me with, asking if I have received my parcel..

Its weird that their driver could`nt call me as well?? Instead the parcel was delivered to a Esmarelda..

I have given up on receieving my parcel and the next time I buy anything online, soon as I see its Fastway doing the courier work, that order will be cancelled!!
