Fastway Couriers - Cape Town, worst courier service ever

One of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. A shipment arrived at your Cape Town branch on the 5th of December, and today is the 11th, yet it is still not out for delivery. When I call the Cape Town branch, the phone just rings regardless of which department I select. Emails go unanswered, and even your WhatsApp line is experiencing technical issues.

I am urgently waiting for my parcel and am receiving no feedback or assistance. This level of service is unacceptable.
