Fastway Couriers Cape Town are useless

Not impressed at all, Parcel is "out for delivery" for 3 days and customer service doesn't make any useful difference so no point calling. Online inquiries get no response. Package was eventually delivered after 5 days. I advised the sender not to use Fastway again.

Same sender used "Fast"way again.. same story!! Out for delivery for 3 days AGAIN!! Absolutely USELESS!! If I could give a ZERO star rating I would

The excuse given by customer "services" (WHEN you can get hold of them) is that they have a new driver in the area.... For a month this driver is apparently NEW. They should find someone who can maybe operate a GPS
